Currently we mainly supply to UK addresses and Europe. Whenever possible we aim to post out orders within two working days. If there is a significant delay likely, we will contact you on the next working day to let you know. If you have not received your order after five working days, please let us know and we will do our best to check on it.
Our postage and packing charges are based on the total weight of what you buy:

There would be an additional charge for customers from Europe. If you wish to order from further afield, please e-mail us and we can give you a reasonably accurate quote for delivery.

We send our goods using Royal Mail 2nd class post for smaller orders, or Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service for larger orders.Whenever possible we post out orders on the next working day.
If goods are damaged or not as described then please contact us within 10 days of receipt.
The product photographs on our site were either taken ourselves or were supplied by our yarn suppliers. However, as with any all online photos, colour and detail may be different when viewed on your own computer. If you are unsure about the colour please e-mail or ring us and we will do our best to help.
Our online shop allows you to pay via telephone, cheque, paypal, or credit/debit cards (which are processed by paypal, but you dont need a paypal account to pay this way).
